Roboto Monthly Meeting - Minutes for the 6/11/03 Meeting

Treasurer/Finances (the infamous Q)
- Our current balance (read: bag of money) rests at around $3300.
- The list of bad debters has been finalized and will be sent to other venues in the area this month.

Booking (Joseph Wilk)
- Everything with booking is going splendidly.
- We will be putting the .promoter packet. up on the website sooner than never.

Facilities (DHD)
- Hopefully the last stretch in a half-year battle, someone has offered to fix our toilet.
- Some places around Roboto require some fixin.. The light fixtures need replacement lights, the basement is a mess, and the window covers will be receiving a hinge upgrade to allow for easy-swing access.

Secretary/PR (Jeremy Hedges)
- The next renewal date is fast approaching. People who need to renew at the end of June, please do so!
- The information pamphlet was discussed by everyone at the meeting. Some suggestions were made and the honorable Andy Mulkerin offered his services in .upgrading. the quality of the pamphlet. It should be done by the end of July.

(4) Open Forum
- The Punk(.s) Picnic is coming up in September! We set the date for Sunday September 7th. If anyone is interested in helping out in organizing and buying food, email info@therobotoproject.org.
- An idea for a Roboto Record Fair came up on the message board several weeks ago. Because he thinks this is such a great idea, Jeremy Hedges will be stealing it and organizing this event for a Saturday afternoon sometime in the future.
- ADD fest this year will mark Roboto.s 4th birthday! We.re looking to have a big celebration! If anyone is interested in organizing this year.s event...let us know! Email info@therobotoproject.org! Four more years, no new taxes!
