Treasurer (Q)
- current balance:~$2800
- We received a notice from the landlord about our rent being unpayed for the month of May. This notice was sent by mistake - our name has been cleared!

Facilities (Jen/Jim)
- The recycling is overflowing, so we will be taking care of that soon. Members, visitors and board members need to be more considerate in keeping the space clean and free of debris.
- We would like to have a big Roboto cleanup sometime in the next month.

PR/Secretary (Jeremy)
- This month marks the end of the June membership period?anyone who hasn't renewed their membership for this year should do so please!
- A reminder that Lifetime memberships are now available. They are $100 for new members or $85 for current members. This means you'll never have to renew again!
- Mike Budai has the text/layout for the "Help Roboto" posters.  He will be providing Jeremy with a rough sketch soon.
- Roboto Awareness Events?Jeremy proposed having several events in the fall to let people know what we're up to.
- The 2004 Punk's Picnic will take place September 12th ! Jeremy and Jen will be working on this; any other interested parties are welcome to help too!

Booking (Joseph)
- Joseph gave a rundown of what occurred at the Crowd Deterrent show. He called the police so that threatened parties could leave the building safely. Crowd Deterrent has been contacted and assured us that no further incidents will occur.
- Lately promoters have been showing up after 7 for their shows. We ask that promoters please try to get to Roboto by 6:30.

Open Forum
- As proposed by Jen last month, we will be having a big raffle to fill the Roboto Improvement Fund coffers. Bodyworks raffle for a tattoo (discounted gift certificate, $100) confirmed. Other prizes will be figured out by next meeting. Ideas: big idea (Deanna), Zenith (Deanna), baker emma gift certificate (Q), BNW (Jeremy), co-op (Jim), Paul's (Jeremy), art from Joel Tom/Corinne's mom (Jeremy), Free ride bike to-be-made (Jim), Piano's N' Stuff/Hollowood/Pgh guitars (Q), Kiva Han (Jeremy, remind tom), Mattress Factory (Q), Jerry's Mystery Box (Jen), Gatto/Kraynick's (Jim), People's (Jen), Ethiopian (?), Free Taxi Ride (Jim). A 2 tier raffle was discussed in which one set of tickets would be for the smaller prizes and one set of tickets would be for larger prizes. - On the new building front. The Mayor reported that the owner was in the hospital?Mayor/ Councilwoman Edwards are meeting with owner, signing contract to sell for back taxes?talked with people about county grants for rehab, seem interested?hear back from the mayor tomorrow. As far as contacting contractors - we're going to wait for definitive site control, then get in touch and explain our situation.
- More open houses at the potential will building will be happening -scheduling of these will occur when we have site control.
