- The recycling piled high in the garbage-pail sky will be taken care of this week now that Billys number has been secured.
- Jim cleaned bathroom on Thursday. Jim proposes we paint over the walls to remove the stench. New toilet seat should be purchased. Dry wall left side of toilet where the wall is falling in. Tile the floor. Sunday July 25th is bathroom-fixing day.
- Sunday July 25th will also be a general cleanup day. Finish painting the walls.
- Jim proposed building moveable benches to prevent people from blocking the sidewalk.

Open Forum - Jim: Shows not pulling in expected attendance, should Roboto do anything to help this? We discussed this but decided that it is a matter of individual responsibility for the promoters and partially due to the generally oversaturated climate for this summer everyone expressed hopes that the fall would bring better attendance to shows.
- Jen: Roboto currently has a 20 show a month limit, should we change this policy? Possibly give opportunities for people to ask us if a board member is willing to watch the show. Problems: preferential treatment of promoters requesting extra dates; neighbors; request-by-request review for additional shows would have numbered at 15 for July, too time consuming. Recommendations: higher charge for shows; make it a case-by-case basis. Jim mentioned that there are a large number of places to go for shows outside of Roboto. The general sentiment seemed to be that keeping the limit at 20 would keep the board members sane, the neighbors less angry, and the requests for dates less frivolous.
- Jen: Several complaints have been made regarding board members watching shows. Some members feel that it is the responsibility of the board members to be readily available and for the most part within the space. We discussed the implications of this and agreed that board members should be in Roboto for a majority of the shows they watch.
- Q: Building front. Mayor has talked to the owner, willing to transfer building for back taxes. Mayor spoke with the county, they are interested in assisting with funds for the rehab of the building. He needs to get a contract signed by owner about the amount she is selling it forgive it to the county. This would enable us to get site control. We discussed whether this might fall through. We are going to wait and see what happens, but keep on the Mayors case until we get some solid progress.
- Jeremy: Raffle, fundraising. Bodyworks tattoo discussed this week; the Juice is in for a free cab ride; co-op is giving $40 for free; Jerrys still waiting; peoples still waiting; Brave New World eli getting back to us; pauls still waiting; big idea gift certificate. Other ideas: free rentals at Dreaming Ant joseph, heads together jen; roboto show passes, new memberships? Let us know if you have any other ideas!!!
- Joseph: Asked that we revamp the website to an html-only status. This would allow a quicker transfer of information on the site and allow for closer participation by other board members/members.
- Jeremy: The guy upstairs was being confrontational last week. He said that people are tired of [our] bullshit. He made several threatening comments about our windows being broken. Jeremy told him that if something happens hell be the first one we send the cops to speak with. He backed off after that, but still acted in a confrontational way. Jeremy proposed that we contact Como to ask about painting the entryway to that house and possibly replacing the front glass. As part of the general Roboto cleanup, were attempting to remove most of the graffiti around the neighbors property.
